What movie is this. Can someone please help?

I watched this movie, but I'm not too sure what it is called.

The main character is this boy called Vincent. The movie starts off
with him, and his mum and younger sister sitting at a dinner table.
Vincent's sister sits there telling them how she wants a sheep with
black and white ears.

Later on, this guy called Harrison, gets shot and he dies.
Vincent finds out that Harrison was going to do something which would
earn him a lot of money. Vincent tries to find out what Harrison was
going to do, by following all the instructions in these letters, and
doing exactly what the people that called him, told him to do.

Vincent gets the number 13 on a bit of Corkboard and takes a taxi to
meet. This guy gets out of the guy, flashes him the number 13 to
Vincent, and gets him to do likewise.
Vincent gets in the car, and they go to this place.

The game which Vincent has to play, which will get him lots of money,
is that a whole group of people (everyone with a certain number) stand
in a circle, get given a gun, and for the first round, one bullet. The
put the bullet it, point the gun towards the roof, and spin cylinder
where the bullet goes in, until the guy yells stop. They point the gun
the the person in front of them, and when the bulb lights up, they
shoot. Ever round, they get given an extra bullet, until there is only
one person alive.

Does anyone know what this movie is called? :S
